At Home Botanicals, we take pride in our plants and want to be sure you receive healthy, happy plants! If your plants arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for the possibility of a replacement or refund. Please call or email us within this time frame with a picture of the plant upon arrival, and we will assist you right away.
We do not for any reason accept returns. As these are live plants, they simply cannot handle being in transit more then once. For this reason, all sales are final.
