Shipping

***Please note that once an order has been placed, if it has been packaged and/or left our facility, we cannot re-route the package to a different destination than entered at checkout for any reason. There are no exceptions, so please be careful when entering shipping information.

***Please note that during Peak Seasons (Weeks Surrounding Any National Holiday) we will NOT be shipping orders that come in after 10 am same day. Instead, orders will be shipped the following business day from the time the order is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your patience!***

We offer free 2-day shipping on all plant orders. We ship via UPS.  All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct as we do not refund for undeliverable addresses.  Should you notice that a mistake was made in the shipping address provided please contact us immediately.  We will make every adjustment we can to correct it but we do not guarantee we will be able to correct it.  If there is any damage to the succulents you must let us know within 24 hours for a refund or replacement to be possible, thank you!

Refunds and Exchanges

***Please note that during the Winter Season we will not offer any refunds to orders affected by severe weather conditions. Unfortunately, we also can not be held responsible for any delayed orders due to unforeseen weather, as we have no control over it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and suggest with the holiday coming, to place your orders in advance to prevent chaos for you all. Thank you for your understanding**

We certainly take pride in our plants and want to be sure you receive healthy, happy plants!  If your plants arrive damaged we will be sure to replace or refund the damaged plants.  We will need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery of the plants for the possibility of replacement or refund.  Please email us within this time frame along with a picture of the plant and we will be sure to assist.  Unfortunately, we do not, for any reason, accept returns.  As these are live plants they simply cannot handle the stress of being shipped twice.  All sales are final.  We will, however, be sure to replace or refund any plants that arrive damaged.  We do not replace or refund plants because of size, color, or species.  Many of our plant packs are variety packs that change continually.  Color, species, and size will vary depending on the time of year and varieties available.  If you have any questions with your order please contact us directly at service@shopsucculents.com. We no longer can accept custom request or sending invoiced orders. All orders must be paid same day for same day shipping.

With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service.
