    • INCLUDED IN PURCHASE | (1) House Plant of choice in a festive holiday planter and wooden stand set with graphic text of "Baby It's Cold" . Each plant may vary from pictures shown as plants are hand selected based on season, size, health, and readiness.

    Pothos

    • WATERING NEEDS | Pothos like to have their soil dry out completely between waterings. If left continually in damp soil, the roots will rot.
    • FERTILIZING NEEDS | Pothos aren’t heavy feeders, but since there are no nutrients in most potting soils, feed monthly to bi-monthly with any balanced houseplant fertilizer.
    • SOIL | SUN | POTTING | Outdoors shade to partial shade. Indoors bright but indirect light. Will lose leaf pattern and revert to all-green plants if they don't get enough light.

    Jade Succulent

    • WATERING NEEDS | Succulents are very sensitive to overwatering, and damp soil can cause root rot. Dry out soil completely between waterings. Recommended amount is once every two weeks. Tip: the top inch of soil should feel dry before watering again.
    • FERTILIZING NEEDS | Fertilize every two to four weeks during spring and summer. Withhold fertilizer during the fall and winter months.
    • SOIL | SUN | POTTING | Use well-draining soil. Regular potting soil or dirt won't do. Use cactus soil/mix potting soil with sand/pumice/perlite. Approximately 6 hours of sun per day. Gradually give plant more sunlight each day.

    Janet Craig Compacta

    • WATERING NEEDS | Allow the top 50% of the soil to dry out between waterings. The lower the light, the less often a dracaena needs water. Fluoride, chlorine, or salt in the water may cause brown leaf tips and yellow spots on the leaves.
    • FERTILIZING NEEDS | Janet Craig plants need very little plant food. Feed once or twice a year in the spring and summer with a balanced houseplant food diluted to 1/2 the recommended strength. Too much fertilizer causes leaf tip burn.
    • SUN | SOIL | POTTING | Low light causes slow growth and narrow, small new leaves. Medium light causes faster growth. Keep away from direct sunlight in outdoor settings as a few minutes may burn the leaves.

    Calathea Orbifolia

    • WATERING NEEDS | The Calathea Orbifolia likes to be watered fairly often. About 1-2 times per week. Allow for the top 2" of soil to dry in between waterings.
    • FERTILIZING NEEDS | A balanced fertilizer given to the plant monthly at 1/4 to 1/2 during the grow season will help this plant thrive.
    • SUN | SOIL | POTTING | Well-draining soil that does not get dry or soggy will help this plant to properly grow. This plant also enjoys medium light and high humidity and prefers temperatures between 65-75 degrees fahrenheit.

ir Plants are striking tropical plants capable of absorbing water and nutrients through their leaves. They flourish in vertical spaces and can be attached to nearly anything. They exist in a variety of shades, colors, and sizes and are among the most carefree plants on earth.

Air Plants should be thoroughly watered 2-3 times a week by spraying the plants and exposing them to indirect sunlight; more often in hot or dry climates. For best results, plants should be exposed to enough light and air to allow them to dry within 4 hours post watering. Air plants will not survive in standing water. Optimum temperature range is 50 - 90 degrees F.

Spritz air plants with water every 1-2 days. OR fill bowl with water and float air plants in the water for 20-60 mins every week.

Air plants are perfect for DIY terrariums, planters, and wall decorations.

    Bonnie Curly Spider in 6

With long, slender curling leaves, the Chlorophytum comosum 'bonnie' or "Bonnie Curly Spider Plant" is one of the most popular, adaptable, and easiest to grow of all hanging houseplants. Native to South Africa, spider plants are very hardy and will survive in less than perfect conditions. Although spider plants prefer bright light, they tend to scorch in direct sunlight, and can also tolerate low-light conditions. Mature spider plants produce 'spiderettes' or plantlets that can be cut off to propagate, providing a never ending supply of spider plants. Adding to the list of reasons to add these nearly impossible to kill plants, results from a clean air study performed by NASA show that spider plants have tremendous air purifying qualities and can remove volatile organic pollutants such as formaldehyde, xylene, and toluene. Keep the air in your home clean by adding this fast-growing, healthy addition to your collection.

Water 1-2 times every week, or whenever the soil dries out. Place in medium to bright indirect light and maintain between 60-80F. Apply a balanced houseplant fertilizer at half strength once or twice during the growing season for best results.

The Sedum morganianum 'Burrito', also known as "Sedum Burrito", "Baby Burro's Tail" or "Baby Donkey Tail", is a trailing succulent with fleshy, plump, and densely packed blue-green leaves. There is no known record of the "Sedum Burrito" having occurred in a natural habitat, but it originated from a little town in Veracruz, Mexico. The bean-shaped leaves are covered with a powdery bloom, and its stems can grow over three feet long, first erect, but then becoming pendent. As with most succulents, they are low maintenance plants that require very little to no attention, are easy to grow, and are capable of adapting to any type of environment making it ideal for any home, office, or garden. Just be sure to avoid overwatering to prevent root rot, and keep out of direct sunlight. There is no end in the number of creative ways to fill your space with these stunning succulents.

Water once every 3-4 weeks; Allow soil to dry out completely between watering. Bright indirect light. Maintain between 50-85F

    • INCLUDES: (1) “Bonnie Curly Spider” in 6" natural ceramic bowl planter (Approx. 6-10"). Each plant may vary from pictures shown as plants are hand selected based on season, size, health, and readiness
    • DIFFICULTY: Low maintenance, perfect for beginners
    • WATER: 1-2 times every week; Allow top inch of soil to dry out between watering
    • LIGHT & TEMP: Bright indirect or filtered light. Maintain between 60-80F
    • NUTRIENTS: Apply an all-purpose liquid fertilizer at half strength monthly during the growing season

The Chlorophytum comosum 'bonnie' or "Bonnie Curly Spider Plant" is one of the most popular, adaptable, and easiest to grow of all hanging houseplants. Native to South Africa, spider plants are very hardy and will survive in less than perfect conditions. Although spider plants prefer bright light, they tend to scorch in direct sunlight, and can also tolerate low-light conditions. Mature spider plants produce 'spiderettes' or plantlets that can be cut off to propagate, providing a neverending supply of spider plants. Adding to the list of reasons to add these nearly impossible to kill plants, results from a clean air study performed by NASA show that spider plants have tremendous air purifying qualities, and have the ability to remove volatile organic pollutants such as formaldehyde, xylene, and toluene. Keep the air in your home clean by adding this fast-growing, healthy addition to your collection.

Codiaeum variegatum 'Petra’, is a tropical evergreen shrub found in humid areas, such as the western Pacific islands, Australia, and Southern Asia. With bold, vivid red, yellow, and orange hues, the Croton Petra is a popular relatively low maintenance tropical house plant once it situates itself in your home. With shiny, thick leaves, the croton petra may also flower and when cut, may bleed a milky sap. They are sought for their striking features and foliage, as they bring a bright pop of color into your home, office, or outdoor garden.

To keep it bright and cheery, make sure the soil is thoroughly dry between watering as too much water will cause wilting. Use a general fertilizer in a well-draining pot and do not feed in fall and winter. Provide adequate sunlight for 4-6 hours per day. Thrives in bright filtered light.

    • INCLUDES: (1) English Ivy in 6" natural ceramic bowl planter (Approx. 6-10"). Each plant may vary from pictures shown as plants are hand selected based on season, size, health, and readiness
    • DIFFICULTY: Low maintenance, perfect for beginners
    • WATER:   Ivy prefers to be kept slightly on the dry side, so let the soil dry out some (dry to the touch on top) before you water your ivy plant again.
    • LIGHT & TEMP: Ivy  prefers bright, indirect light. Direct summer sun from a south-facing window can lead to leaf burn, however, so indirect light is best. The plant prefers to be at cooler temperatures, like in the 60s (F), and likes humidity.
    • NUTRIENTS: Fertilize your ivy about once a month in the spring, summer and fall with a water soluble, nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Do not fertilize in the winter, as this is the ivy’s dormant period.

The Hedera Helix, more commonly known as “Common Ivy” or “English Ivy”, is an evergreen climbing plant native to Europe and Western Asia. Often grown outdoors as an ornamental ground-cover, the “English Ivy” is a very versatile plant that can be grown indoors as well. Preferred to be kept slightly on the drier side, the top of the soil should be dry to the touch before watering. Overwatering will cause leaves to turn brown and become dry on the edges, but underwatering also poses problems causing the plant to become stressed, which in turn can make it more susceptible to disease or insect infestations. Ivies can tolerate low to bright indirect light, but lower light levels will slow growth, and the variegated leaves will become less pronounced becoming more uniformly green. Thriving best in cooler temperatures, placing the “English Ivy” in a cool location with air movement is ideal. Results from a clean air study performed by NASA show that the “English Ivy” has the ability to remove volatile organic pollutants such as benzene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, xylene, and toluene. Keep the air in your home clean by adding this wonderful trailing plant to your collection.

The Epipremnum aureum, more commonly known as “Golden Pothos”, “Devil’s Ivy”, or “Cascading Pothos”, has the reputation of being one of the easiest and most forgiving houseplants to take care of making it the perfect choice for the beginner plant enthusiasts. Give your pothos a drink when the leaves start to droop or wilt, but be sure not to allow roots to get soggy as that can lead to root rot. Although tolerant of all indirect light levels ranging from low to bright, the pothos will be fullest, most colorful, and grow fastest in medium to bright light. In addition to the greenery the “Devil’s Ivy” brings to your home, results from a clean air study performed by NASA show that it also has the ability to remove volatile organic pollutants such as benzene, formaldehyde, xylene, and toluene.
